Digital products (non-refundable)
All digital products are non-refundable and non-cancellable once delivered or revealed.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian OUG 34/2014, Art. 16(m), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with customer consent.
By completing a digital purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.

Physical products (14-day return right)
Consumers may withdraw from physical product purchases within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the product is sealed, unused, and in original condition.
Opened, used, damaged, or unsealed items are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective or incorrect items
Defective or incorrect items (digital or physical) must be reported within 2 calendar days of delivery with supporting evidence. Verified cases will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

Automated purchasing, bots, scraping, bulk buying without authorization, resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of products is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts, revoke licenses, cancel orders, or refuse service in cases of abuse or fraud.
